Helen Drummond and Jessica Riches:

We have a deep passion for organising and planning, and believe in creating unforgettable experiences through our events.

We met in 2010 while working for one of Australia's leading Event Management Agencies. In the ten+ years which have passed we have worked on a multitude of events together, both nationally and internationally.

With Helen’s skills in planning and production, and Jess as a specialist in registration management and logistics, we are your complete planning and management team!

 

The satisfaction of seeing clients and guests engage in, and gain joy from an event we have brought to life, is what we enjoy most.

Passionate Event Management Specialist

I’m Helen; passionate event creator, avid world traveller, food enthusiast, excessive detail addict and meticulous organisation fiend. 


I’ve worked in the events industry in some shape or form since I was fourteen, and landed my first part time job assisting an event stylist.


From stylist’s assistant, to waitress, to bartender, to photographer, to wedding planner, to corporate event and production manager. I’ve seen it; I’ve done it; I know it inside-out; and I LOVE it! 


I’m a natural born organiser and hospitality is in my blood. I come from a family of chefs and project managers, so it’s no wonder I ended up where I have. 


I love the dynamic variety which event life brings; no two days the same; no challenge exactly like the one before. I thrive under pressure and live for the vibrance of the event world. Events are my absolute passion.

My experience spans many facets of the event management world, from corporate conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, gala dinners and awards ceremonies, right through to weddings and private events. I always take the time to understand a client, their guests or target audience and their event goals, in order to present the best solutions for their event.

 

I have worked with clients from many realms of business including professional service providers, utility suppliers, real estate developers, sporting and lifestyle brands, education and government. I love meeting new people and creating new events for my clients.

I’m Jess; a strategic professional with a passion for conference, event and destination management, driving growth through incredible, seamless experiences.
 
An avid snowboarder, keen traveller and food lover. I strive to deliver efficient organisation, effective communication and meticulous attention to detail whilst invoking a sensory experience to create a lasting memory.
 
I have always been an organiser with fond memories planning holidays and events for family and friends in my teenage years.  After an extended period of working in hotels whilst chasing the snow around the globe, I moved to Melbourne and completed a qualification in Events and Tourism management. I then threw myself into the world of conference and event management, and have not looked back. 
 
My diverse experience is extensive covering all facets of event, delegate and travel management.  I have the expertise, connections and analytical skills to produce a range of events that are memorable, exceed expectations and align to the overall vision and objective.   
 
The events industry constantly evolves, having a can-do attitude like mine along with ability to adapt and nurture positive, productive relationships with clients, delegates and suppliers is critical.
 
I love the work I do and the industry I am part of.  Every project has a unique learning experience and I make the most of every opportunity whilst endeavouring to minimise cost and impart sustainable practices where possible. 
 
I am truly passionate about bringing events to life and having the satisfaction that I have played a part in creating something my clients and their guests truly enjoyed.

I am an Event Planner and Stylist with a determination to create personalised experiences and memories that last a lifetime. I have worked with global and local brands such as Graff Jewellery, Mercedes Benz, Metricon, Pitcher Partners and more. 

For as long as I can remember, I have had an affinity with all things style which includes working as a fashion stylist and merchandiser. With more than seven years working in the event industry specialising in end-to-end event management, I have combined both passions and stepped into the world of event styling.   

With my experience in styling and understanding of event logistics, I can easily transform the idea into something tangible. I am a creative person and a perfectionist who loves to produce stunning events that excite and inspire. 

When it comes to inspiration, I am always looking towards digital and installation art, fashion runways, architecture and lifestyles. I have a different eye for aesthetics and can create the brief for your event, design the concept and take it from planning to execution to deliver the perfect setting for your occasion. 

I love trying new restaurants, exploring the outdoors, travelling, exercising and listening to music. In my spare time you can find me researching new industry trends and styles by exploring unique places and environments.
